This newsgroup is about Microsoft Access (the desktop database), so
presumably your question is about whether there are any issues using Access
under Windows Vista.

If you will be sharing an Access database between Vista machines, you really
need to read this:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=935370
The hotfix is:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935366/

If you plan to install multiple versions of Access under Vista, this might
help:

Even if you don't have multiple versions, you may need to run msaccess.exe
with the Run As Administrator box checked, as discussed in Option 2 of that
article.

Whatever you do, don't store Access databases in offline folders. You may
find they get destroyed there.

Similarly, don't install Access database under C:\Program Files. Vista
virtualizes these folders, so your application may go invisible if you log
on as a different user.

Don't try Vista with < 1MB. If you plan to run Aero (not just Vista Basic),
you also need a really good video card, which adds cost and drains
batteries.
