Need to migrate project server 2002 to another box.?

I need to export all of the groups that are created by sharepoint. Is there
a way to do this without re-creating them by hand? This looks to be
painful...

There's no migration path for the user groups, however you can use the
synchronization feature of Project Server to recreate them
project-by-project, which is a lot faster than doing it manually!
