Need to monitor/log wireless net usage

Hi!

I'm looking for a tool or utility that will monitor/log when laptop users
connect and disconnect from the company wireless network, and hopefully also
what applications they open and close while conected to the wireless net.

Any ideas on tools or utilities available to do this logging/monitoring?

application that is part of Microsoft Office Professional?
