I suspect this isn't an Office issue, I suspect you are referring to your
Windows taskbar that you see when you start your computer?? If that's the
case it sounds like you are resizing it instead of moving it. Place your
mouse pointer in an empty area and start dragging - make sure you are using
the white arrow and not the double-headed sizing pointer. You might not see
anything at first so keep dragging, eventually it will move to the bottom.
