Need to print picture properties with 4x6 pic in Picture Manager

Looking to edit and print picture properties IE comments, keywords, author.
Should be able to use all or part of the properties with any size picture.
file>properties>summary.

I have Microsoft Office Pro, Picture Manager, Microsoft Digital Image
Starter, Arc view, Ulead XL

I would recommend using MS Digital Image.
