Need to pull in multi-value field into SRS Report. Need query

We are creating an SRS report and need to pull in a multi-value field. I
have read that these are not stored in the user views and that a query exists
that will help locate them. Does anyone know what that query is?

This is for PS 2007 and SQL 2005.

Custom Field data is stored in the following Reporting DB Views

MSPLT_CFName_Userview

You can pull the data from these views straight into your report.
