Need to Re-Install MS Small Business Manager & Accounting Express

I upgraded my Office 2003 to Office SB 2007, a couple of weeks ago, including
Outlook 2007, BCM and Accounting Express, without a hitch. However, after the
Windows Update of February 26, 2010, my system (Vista Home Premium 32-bit -
3GB RAM 250GB HDD w/62% available) crashed.
I re-started into Safe Mode and verified all was OK. Then rebooted into
Normal mode. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. all started fine, but I noticed that
the Business Contact Manager was missing from the left vertical panel of
Outlook 2007 and Accounting Express was not to be found.
So, I tried re-installing both from Disc 2. That too failed, with a message
to see the log.txt file for the reason of the failure, which is:

I tried renaming the \Data directory to \Data_Old and re-installing, but
that didn't work either. Right now, I'm out of ideas and "help" directions.

Your help, advice, ad/or directions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
