Need to recover a document that was not saved!

I had left an active document on my computer and in 30 minutes of un-use the
computer, Windows XP, automatically shutdown. When I turned it back on, the
Recovery Task Pane popped up and said it had recovered the file, but I
accidentally closed the window. How do I get that unsaved document back??
