need to reinstall outlook 2007

My current installation of Outlook 2007 has become currupt and does not close
properly, deleted items do not delete and so forth. My question is if I back
up before I delete the office suite, will outlook automaticly load the back?

Before you reinstall, have you tried running Office Diagnostics from the Help
menu?
