need to reload Office XP for Students and Teachers

i just purchased C++.net as a requirement for a course
I'm taking at Penn State - New Kensington. This
requires XP Pro. I.m running XP Home dual booting
SuSE8.2 Pro. I'd like to take SuSe off anyhow, so I'm
buying a copy of XP Pro and would like to do a clean
install and let it take over the whole C disk. Also,
I've switched schools and have just begun at PSUNK. Will
MS let me reinstall and activate Office XP for S & T? I
know that they zealously guard their rights and I'm only
allowed one installation.

Where on earth did you get the idea that you're only allowed one
installation?! Read the EULA.
