In Windows XP, Office 2002, it usually takes me 3 to 5
tries at commanding the Outlook program to execute before
it does. (This doesn't happen with any other programs.)
Using either the desktop icon or the start menu (doesn't
make a difference), I click on it, the "hourglass"
appears, then goes away. No Outlook, no matter how long
I wait. After a couple more tries (up to 10 sometimes),
it starts. What gives? (Re-booting doesn't seem to
matter either.)
