...need to restore a task bar with Design/Split/Code/ Preview.

At the bottom of my screen on the task bar while working with the program,
Front Page, I lost the choices of Design/Split/Code/ and Preview.
I am working on setting up my web-site and need this bar for establishing
my links. Where did it go? What shall I do to place it back?

What type or file are you editing in FP
- in FP what is the editor for that type of file set for?
