Need to set up doc which has a dropdown list.......

I need to set up a form which has a dropdown list for the user to select an
event and, depending upon the event selected, then tells the user to contact
a number of different organisations.

Can't do this in Access because not everyone can use it.

Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks

It may be that if you use Word and the hyperlink options you may be able to
accomplish something similar to what you require - see word/ help/hyperlink
