Greetings all Access Gurus!
I am in the process of duplicating an application form in Access 2003, and I
have come across an odd issue:
The application has two subforms on it, each of which is returning historical
records of an applicants performance. each of the subforms needs to show 0-5
records (there will never be more than 5). This is working just fine, BUT....
I need to display the row labels/lines for 5 records regardless of how many
records are returned for that applicant. So if the applicant has 2 records,
there needs to be 3 blank rows returned for that subform, and if there are 4
records then 1 blank row, etc.
could this be done using recordcount or something? I'm really stumped as to
whether or not this can be done (Maybe the gods Lebans & Browne will
enlighten us! :) )
Anyway, any ideas/suggestions/locations of fine drinking establishments will
be greatly appreciated!
Andy

**SOLVED**
Ever realize after you wrote something how off base it was? Moved all of the
permanent lines and controls to the main form, and let the subform just add
relevant data. Problem solved.
Thanks Anyway!
