NEED TO SHOW THE DAY OF YEAR AND DAYS LEFT

i need to know which day of the year we are on or will be when looking
forward and how many left in year. IE day 180/ 185 days left

Outlook can't do that. There is an abundance of calendar programs on the
Internet, many of them free, that should be able to supply that function
independent of Outlook.
