Somehow a sender got blocked in my Entourage. I can't figure out how to unblock them so I can get their mail.

Go to Tools>Junk E-Mail Protection and switch to the Blocked Sender tab,
where you can remove the sender's e-mail address from the list.

Thanks Michael - I tried this - the box comes up with showing the blocked emails and doesn't let me do anything. I can't highlight the names to delete them, Any thoughts?

That's strange; that field is supposed to be editable, and you should be
able to remove addresses from that list. You might be experiencing the early
stages of database corruption; see if following the instructions on this
page solves the problem:

Make sure you don't have junkmail protection turned off

I had the very same problem after accidentally blocking an address. All I had to do to be able to edit the blocked email address list was turn my junkmail protection "ON". I have it off because I use a much better protection. It is called SpamSeive. I highly recommend it for people who are serious about spam control.
