Need to view more appts per day

I recently upgraded to Office 2007. The monthly calendar will now only
show/print a maximum of 3 appointments per day. I need it to show 5 or 6.

I tried:
font size
page layout
different views

there's a little arrow in the bottom R/H corner of the Day. Click on that
and it will show you all the day's appointments.

clicking on that just goes to the "ONE DAY" view. I need all appts to show
and print on the "MONTH" view. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hello ... Not sure if you figured this one out yet or not, but it drove me
crazy too!

In the upper left hand corner (calendar navigation pane), you can highlight
the number of weeks you want to see on the calendar. I have mine set to 4,
so all (OK, most) of my appointments show. You can highlight as many or as
few weeks as you want to see at once.

Hope that helps!

I too am really frustrated that Outlook 2007 Calendar doesn't show all the
appointments I have when PRINTED. I know I can see them on the screen by
switching to Day or Week View, but what I need is a calendar that I can
physically carry around with me that shows all of my appointments.

Why have a calendar that doesn't seem to be able to perform the basic
functions that define a calendar: record all of my appointments so I can read
them.

Any work arounds?

The Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant helps to address that. There are
other tools as well. Find many here:

If you turn on the Navigation Pane to the left of the calendar
(View:Navigation Pane:Normal) then whatever weeks you highlight will be shown
