Well, it seems that you do indeed need some help. Production procedures for...
what? Semiconductor manufacturing? Sales brochures? Cargo airplanes?

If you cannot communicate what you want to say in a clear (and preferably
grammatical) manner, you're starting well behind the starting blocks on the
racetrack. Good luck.

If you hire this spammer, Dan, you should hope and pray that his knowledge
of writing production procedures exceeds his knowledge of Microsoft Access,
the subject of the newsgroup in which he's spamming you, and along with you,
everyone else. Given his reputation in these newsgroups, you should question
him carefully to determine if he has any idea what a production procedure
_IS_.

Chances are, however, that your needs may not be in the Microsoft Access
area and that you should be finding yourself a USENET newsgroup that deals
with the area to which your production procedures will apply.
