Need "Track Changes" in PowerPoint!

The current process for tracking changes to a PowerPoint presentation (merge
documents from "reviewers") is cumbersome, particularly if there are no
reviewers and one is simply trying to keep track of changes one makes in
response to non-written (e.g., telephonic) suggestions. Something like the
"Track changes" function in Word would be quicker and more convenient IMO.
