ON should allow text replace, I think.
I paste long texts in pages and need to replace a word with another for many
times.
It is simply not possible to do so in ON2003.
Or is it?

Unfortunately it's not possible, neither in ON 2003, nor in the new
version.

You might make a suggestion in Connect (the forum where on reaches the
developers):
www.connect.microsoft.com
