Neep help with Microsoft Word 2003

I Have Microsoft Word in My Computer.
My Problem is When It Pops Up I get the SET UP Box with
USERNAME
INITIALS
ORGANIZATION
PRODUCT KEY

All Boxes are EMPTY That is I Need To Complete it to use Microsoft WORD?

The Reason I Need Help is Below:

I have Downloaded AVERY DESIGN PRO 5. When I Click UPDATE TEMPLATES It Does
Not Complete?
I have EMAILED AVERY SUPPORT & They said :

"I understand your concern. If you're encountering those set up box, it
means that you do not have the full version of Microsoft
Office. I can suggest you to contact Microsoft Technical Support
(866-452-47-55) to further assist you on how to get the Full
version of Microsoft Office."

HOW Do I Download the FULL VERSION of Microsoft Word 2003 ? or What Do I bdo
with the One Partially Completed?
