negative number not working in Project Server 2007

We are migrating to PjS 2007 and noticing some strange behavior with our
fixed costs in Data Analysis.

We capture Chargeback costs as a negative number in the fixed costs field.
In Project Pro 2007, the hours remain negative and the proect information is
correct when compared to the 2003 MPP. However, the negative numbers are
being counted as positive in Data Analysis views. Tried leveraging the new
“Cost" resource type but it will not allow a negative number.

How can we have allow for a negative number in MPP and have it work properly
in Project Server 2007 data analysis?
