Do you mean that negative numbers are shown in red (or blue) on screen
but you print them out in black & white and so they appear feinter than
positive (black) numbers? If so, you can change the format using Format
| Cells | Number tab | Custom.
Maybe it's just a problem with the font size that's printing.
If you can't change the font size (report won't fit on the paper when you do),
maybe you could use format|conditional formatting to bold those numbers that are
negative.

First give conditional formating to first cell of your data or range o
A1 cell
If Cell Value is less than 1 format it in different colour back ground
less fort size, colour display etc
Then copy this conditional formatted cell to all your data or entir
worksheet as you pleas
