I was attempting to run a neglected business contact report using BCM
(Outlook 2003 BCM SP1). When I attempt to customize the report everything is
greyed out. The report is useless if it can not be customized. Any ideas on
how this can be changed? Also, any word on if there would be any ability to
add custom fields that you can actually access on forms?
