At work we have Neomail accounts. I wish to use Outlook
to access my e-mail. How do I set Outlook up to do this.

I don't know what Neomail is. Ask the admins who support your mail how you
can access it, or go to the provider's website/support for help.

What kind of account does Neomail employ? POP? IMAP? HTTP?

According to Neomail's web site: "NeoMail is a free web-based e-mail client
that can be installed on any UNIX mail server that is also running a web
server." According to the Sourceforge Neomail site, "NeoMail is a web-based
mail client that allows users to access their mail spools and send messages.
It does not require a POP3 server, or any shell access for the users. It
interfaces directly with user mail spools." Thus, I would conclude that
there is no way to read your Neomail-based mail stores with Outlook, unless
you can switch to using a POP or IMAP server on the machine that hosts the
message store.
