Nested Countif

Can anybody help.
I am looking to create a conditions that looks at 2 different columns?

Time Outage
65 cable
56 phone


count how many cable outage that is is greater that 65

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A10>65),--(B1:B10="cable"))
this will return zero
