No but you could work around on this .....
I'm not sure what your doing but if you take the design for the first one
.... and then the design for the second and make a dwt of that 'whole' design
you can attach THAT to the pages you want it on ... you can have more than
one dwt on a site but only one dwt attached to a page at a time.... of
course if you update either of your separate designs you will have to
remember to change your 'whole' designed dwt too..... a bit clunky but if
you have a lot of pages for the 'whole' design it still saves you time.
