nested filters in MS Project 2003

Can we have nested filters in MS Project 2003?
It seems that the simple order for IF AND OR etc may not be able to support
the nesting.

You can nest Filter criteria to build a compound Filter, but you cannot nest
a Filter within a Filter. Does that answer your question?
