.NET: Create XML file based on XSN

In my app I'd like to create a XML file based on XSN and prepopulate the
file with data from a database application. Goal is to be able to edit/print
the information from the InfoPath app.

I've already downloaded the VS.NET 2003 Infopath toolkit but haven't found a
suitable example yet, so maybe someone can point me in the right direction
here.

You wan't to bind a secondary data source (your xml) to your infopath
to your primary datasource microsoft has a good example :
