.NET Framework VST?

I've done some poking out at Microsoft's site, in various newsgroups, and on
the web in general, but haven't come up with an answer yet. Is there a .VST
that includes the .NET framework classes? I'd like to have it available for
UML modeling.

I have the same question. It is somewhat absurd that it is this difficult.
