network asked for in outlook 2003

Hi All,

I am using windows xp home sr3 and office 2003. Yesterday I started getting
the message to enter a network password and user name. I usually run
outlook at startup. Today I disabled outlook and didn't get the message.
Is there any way to fix outlook so I don't get that prompt? Any help would
be most appreciated. Thanks

Gary,

Did you change your password lately? If you did, properly you have cache
password saved so try to clear it

1. Start -> Run
2. rundll32.exe keymgr.dll,KRShowKeyMgr
3. Remove relevant password.
