Network diagram?

How can I display the hours and minutes for a task within a Network Diagram?
When viewing the Gantt chart the hh:mm is displayed correctly. I've also
check the Tools >> Options >> View section and verified that the same date
format as the Gantt chart is also being used for the Network Diagram default
view.

Have you gone to Format>Boxes while viewing the network diagram?

Yes, I've tried several different templates with no change. I only see the
date and not the time.

I understand the question now. Go to Format>Box Styles>More Templates>New
First row:"Start" in the first box, nothing in the next box and ID in the
3rd box.
2nd row: "Finish in the first box & nothing in the other 2
3rd row: "Name"
Save and see if this template will work.

Excellent, that got it; now how do I set that template as the default?

After you have what you like and you save it will be the defailt fir that
project. I don't know how to make it a MS Projects default.
If you want this view to be your default view when opening a project:
Tools>Options>View and change the fefault view. Then click on OK.
