Send / Receive doesn't seem to work upon startup. I keep
getting the error message
The operation failed due to
network or other communication problems. Check your
connections and try again.)when I force a send/receive.
Any ideas why this is happening?
When I close outlook and relaunch it this problem seems to
go away...
