network password

I keep getting a small box headed 'Enter Network
Password' with three sections below headed: Server, User
Name and Password, already completed + a small box that
can be checked for 'Remember my Password'. I just
click 'OK' and everthing is fine, however if I do not
(which I may not if I am not at the machine)everything
falls over.

Is there some way round this e.g.removing it, making it
fully aautomatic?
