Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Chris asked:

|| If you just want to try something before doing this, goto
|| tools/email accounts/view change
|| Delete your email account you're having problems with
|| then readd all the information again carefully.
|| Then close outlook and reopen it. Then try to
|| send/receive again and see if you get your emails.
