Network Planning

I'm working on a network planning spreadsheet, basically to speed up
the process.

I need to figure out a formula to do subnetting, summarizing of routes
and a few other things. Does anyone have a suggestion or an example of
this?

I need to be able to convert this to pocket excel for travel reasons..
