Help! Can't find it anywhere else....Real Estate office w/5 sites, we're
going to get MS Server - can all the individuals access, and make changes to,
one master outlook biz manager database? So if someone on the laptop changes
the phone # of a contact, someone on a desktop would see that change?
Probably a stupid question I know..

Nope , not stupid...

Yes, you can have one master database and multiple people work in it "live".
With 5 separate sites, you might do better having each site use its own
offline database, then synchronize with the master every day.
