Am trying to get the agedays based on today and 20th dec , excluding
weekends( Saturday and Sunday) , Can some help me quickly

=NETWORKDAYS("12/20/2009",TODAY())

Note you must have the Analysis Tool Pack Add-in installed

One other thought, assuming you do not want to include holidays (Christmas,
in this example), you will need to enter the holiday dates somewhere and
include the range in the formula like so:

=NETWORKDAYS("12/20/2009",TODAY(),A2:A10)
