Stan

Every time I open the workbook with NETWORKDAYS function I get #NAME? error.

The only workaround is this:

Uncheck Tools - Add Ins - Analysis Toolpak
Check Tools - Add Ins - Analysis Toolpak
Replace all formulas with NETWORKDAYS

Why does it happen?

Thanks,

There's something in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. If you force a
recalculate of all cells and then save, that might do it.

Look in my thread about NETWORKDAYS for the URL.
