New beta breaks opening One Care

After installing this beta, I was getting errors upon opening One Care and
Windows Defender. It didn't stop One Care from working, just errored out
when trying to open it to run manually or make setting changes.

Mark, I am using MS Live OneCare and Defender. So far with Office 07 beta I
am having no trouble.

When I installed Office 07 Beta... I wanted to do a manual backup afterwards
and tried to open Live OneCare which is a paid subscription. It produced a
memory dump error when trying to open. It runs in the background, but
wouldn't open the UI to do any changes. Once I uninstalled Office 07
Beta.... it was back to working fine. Could be another problem, but that was
all I had done recently to my PC.
