new computer - moving address book/PST files

Hello - have a new computer - would like to move address
book and older computer email files from Outlook express
on WinME machine to Win XP machine. Is there a BKM?
WinME kept updated for both OS and office apps. Old
machine has floppy, new one doesn't.
