New computer need to add my Office 2007

I am buying a new computer due to my current one needing updating. I had
Office 2003 on my current computer and bought the upgrade to 2007 (Download).
How do I get that on my new computer as all my work is located there.

Take the install CD for Office 2003 and the Upgrade CD for 2007 over to
the new PC. Put the 2007 cd in and let it run, when it asks for the
qualifying software, put in the @003 CD.

what can you do if you no longer have the original installation cd (it was
destroyed in a housefire)
