New computer, same outlook copy

I just got a new computer and want to switch my outlook program (the 2002
version which I got with my Ipaq Pocket PC) to it. Obviously it says that I
already have it activated on my old computer. Anything I can do about this?
Your help is much appreciated.

Hi ,
if you get this message, try to aktivate again, but not via internet,
aktivate the Outlook via telephone.
So you get a new code for your version from microsoft. The call dont cost
anything
