New Computer, when minimize programs, not on taskbar.

We hooked up a new computer last week. Every time a program is minimized,
nothing shows on the taskbar. You have to hit Ctl, Alt and Dlt to bring up a
list of running programs. Any ideas?????? Everything is set to always show
in taskbar settings.
