New ContactItem with same EntryID

HI, every time I create a new ContactItem:
..CreateItem(OlItemType.olContactItem);
and then save the contact.
I always receive the exact same EntryID.
Any ideas?

Are you sure? How do you check that? Most likely the difference is in a
single bit.
