im using outlook 2007 i

n this my mail ids of our company are totally changed so im updating them
but the problem is if we want to send the mail i have to look inot the
address book but what i wand is as we type the first 2 letters the mail id
must be automatically be displayed so that i can select and send the mail,
but this will come until and unless we send a mail to everyone is there any
other way wherein i get this id automatically without sending the mails to
all the ids.

Give people a little time to see your first message before posting again. One
minute is not an adequate delay.

Open your Contacts folder, select all the contacts with Ctrl-A, then click
Actions>New Message to Contact. When the new message window opens, press
Ctrl-K to resolve all the addresses. The act of resolution puts the addresses
in the autocompletion cache. Close the new message window without sending the
message. Close Outlook to make sure the cache file gets written properly.
You should be good to go.
