New Contents for existing bookmarks using VBA

Dear Experts:

I got a bookmark named 'bookmark1'. It has 'SampleText' as its
contents.

Now I would like to manipulate the bookmark 'bookmark1' as follows
using VBA

1. Select the whole paragraph (excluding the end-of-paragraph marker)
where the cursor currently resides in
2. This selected text is to be the new contents of the already
existing bookmark named 'bookmark1'

Help is much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
