new database

I wabt to create a database for names and addresses. I then want to create a
datasheet for users to search only on. I want to create 5 text boxes to allow
users to input and these boxes would then search specific fields. Is this
possible?

what have you already tried? General posts like "how do I build a database
to do xxxx" get fewer responses.)

I have created the database it is just the search page i need help on. Do I

Have you tried using "filter by form"?

I don't know what you are meaning when you say "datasheet" ...

What have you already tried?

Have you searched Google.com and/or mvps.org/access for "search form"?
