New DSL Service - Now can't see pictures in e-mails

I've just switched DSL services, and now Outlook is NOT showing my pictures
in my e-mails. Trusted Center is turned off, all the sites are trusted
senders, I saw the pictures yesterday, but can't today. Can DSL speed have
an affect? Can the fact that the DSL service is pw-protected have an affect?
