New folder creation

I user Outlook for email both at work and at home. Any
time I create a new mail folder, AutoPreview is turned on
for that folder. I would like to configure Outlook to
create new folders without AutoPreview (or Preview Pane)
turned on, but I haven't been able to find a configuration
setting that controls this. Can anyone help?
